What You'll Need

Documents to gather for your application

To make your enrollment process as smooth as possible, please be prepared to provide the following items.

Birth certificate & immunization records Required by Florida law for all enrolled students.
Most recent academic records Report cards, transcripts, or testing from your previous school (if applicable).
Completed application form Provided by our office or available at your campus visit.
Pastoral or character reference A simple recommendation from a pastor, teacher, or family friend.
